Jared Goldman

Jared leads engineering, AI systems, automation, and technical delivery at CustomOps AI. He is a full-stack developer with experience building software for crypto, capital markets, recruiting, media, and internal operations. Most recently, Jared was a software developer at OSF Management, a capital management firm focused on quantitative crypto trading, arbitrage strategies, OTC execution tooling, market making, and secured lending. He also serves as acting CTO at Gigantes Group, where he builds internal AI tooling for candidate discovery, multi-channel outreach, market intelligence, CRM automation, and production infrastructure. Previously, Jared worked as a senior developer at CBC and as a software developer at Bitbuy, where he helped improve engineering workflows, CI/CD, frontend performance, and product delivery.
